Medieval music—

Melodies of the moon,

Pulse through me.

My mood is melancholy.

Your face shines in the moonbeam.

It is a face frozen in time.

A mosaic of masters:

Mozart, Haydn, Chopin and Debussy.

Violins screech,

Oboes mourn,

Cellos moan,

And I lament your passing.

Can my tears bring you back?

No.

But your song fills my soul.

And I am once again, whole.
